  • Hosting & Security Infrastructure: Cloudflare for global content delivery, SSL encryption, and DDoS defense.
  • Legal Authorities: If required by Indian law, a valid court order, or authorized government agencies for statutory investigation.

4. Data Security & Retention

  • Encryption: All web traffic on our platform is secured with industry-standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
  • Data Retention: We retain your order and transactional information only for as long as necessary to complete fulfillment, satisfy warranty/exchange windows, and comply with statutory accounting and tax retention periods under Indian law.
