1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Upcycled products that are made-to-order may take an additional 5-7 days before dispatch. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping across India with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days depending on your location.
3. Packaging
True to our ethos, all our packaging is completely plastic-free and biodegradable. We use recycled paper and compostable mailers to ensure minimal environmental impact.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our pre-loved and upcycled items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. Please check the measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
